The Carter Centre United Kingdom - Current Projects
The Carter Centre U.K. currently supports the onchocerciasis (river blindness) program in Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Guatemala, Mexico, and Venezuela.
It also supports a project in Liberia to develop strong political parties and an informed citizenry to participate in credible, peaceful elections that can advance long-term good governance, and prevent the destabilization of neighboring countries, including Sierra Leone and Ivory Coast.
